Expression of interest - side events
The ICRI 2026 Organising Committee invites research infrastructures and related organisations to submit proposals for side events to be held alongside the official conference programme. Side events offer a valuable opportunity to engage with the global research infrastructure community on topics of strategic relevance.
All proposals will be evaluated by the International Programme Committee on the basis of their relevance to the conference themes and the significance of the proposed content.
Venue & Rooms
Approved side events will be hosted at the Auditorium Parco della Musica, Rome. Venue spaces are provided free of charge. Three dedicated rooms are available:

Note: Proposals not selected by the International Programme Committee may still be independently organised at alternative venues (e.g. nearby hotels). ICRI 2026 Secretariat will support the identification of appropriated venues. In such cases, all logistical and financial responsibilities rest entirely with the proposing entity.
