ICRI 2026 is getting closer, and the countdown is on! Road to ICRI 2026 is here to celebrate the people, places, and discoveries that make research infrastructures the backbone of science worldwide - and now it's your turn to be part of the story.

We're inviting Research Infrastructures from across the globe to step forward and share their story in their own voice, through a rolling series of short videos. It's your chance to introduce your facility, show off a standout achievement or discovery, and send a message to the global RI community ahead of ICRI 2026.

Every contribution adds a new piece to the puzzle: a growing gallery of Research Infrastructures from around the world, telling their stories one video at a time. Together, they'll paint a vivid, diverse picture of the global RI community - and show why these infrastructures truly matter, to science and beyond.

Starting from September, all photos and videos will be published on ICRI 2026's official social media channels, giving your infrastructure visibility with a global audience in the lead-up to the conference.

You can take part with one or more photos (1920 x 1080) and/or video(s) (social and web version, in English). Photos and videos must be accompanied by your RI's logo (high-resolution, vector format), a caption, and an abstract in English.

And here's a fun extra touch: feel free to suggest a song or piece of music that best represents your infrastructure - something that captures its spirit, and that we could use to bring your story to life.
