The ICRI 2026 Conference is opening its exhibition area from 2 to 4 December 2026 - a unique opportunity to showcase your organization to a highly qualified audience of professionals and experts in the field.

Availability is strictly limited to just 20 stands, so allocation will be subject to confirmation by the ICRI 2026 Organizing Committee. The cost of the stand, tailored to your specific set-up needs (including graphics), will be borne by the requestor. Further details on costs, as well as the vendor's contact information, will be shared following the outcome of the Expression of Interest.

  • 1 back wall (600 x 250 cm), 2 side partitions (100 x 250 cm), 12 m² carpet
  • 1 reception desk and 2 stools
  • Electrical installation: 4 x 12W spotlights, 2 power strips
